Mr. Nagar ‘s key focussed area are Alternate Dispute resolution and commercial matters which includes proceedings at High Court of the Country drafting Petitions, Writ Petitions, recovery proceedings, contractual disputes and arbitration and matters concerning matrimonial disputes.

Mr. Nagar has significant experience in handling matters in various courts and tribunals relating to commercial and civil litigation, in drafting pleadings and opinions, and appearing before different courts and tribunals.

Apart from handling matters in various courts and forums. Mr. Nagar has also been advising clients on customs to mitigate disputes. He has advised several national and international clients in civil and commercial disputes and helped them manoeuvre in ways to moderate the risks.
