Mr. Aditya Parmar

Mr. Aditya Parmar is a litigation lawyer with an established practice in criminal law before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court and various district and magistrate courts across Mumbai.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from H.R. College and an LL.B. from Government Law College, Mumbai. His practice encompasses criminal litigation, family and civil disputes, mediation proceedings, and matters involving substantial constitutional and procedural questions. He regularly handles complex and sensitive litigation and has significant experience in managing matters at various stages of trial and appellate proceedings.
