Mr. Param Vashist is a core member of the Litigation team at the Delhi and NCR office. Param holds specialisation in Bail matters and advises clients in diverse areas of law and represents them across different Judicial forums including Supreme Court of India, several High Courts primarily at High Courts at Delhi and Mumbai and District Courts across the country, Company Law Tribunals, National, State & District Consumer Courts as well as before Arbitral Tribunals. Mr. Param Vashist is  graduate at Law from Maharishi Dayanand University and is certified IPR Alumni from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.
