Mr. Kukreja completed his B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School, Delhi, affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He is an advocate with nearly four years of experience, primarily practising before the High Court of Delhi, District Courts in Delhi, and various other forums across India, including, but not limited to, the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and Real Estate Regulatory Authorities (RERA). He specialises in litigation, arbitration, and insolvency matters.

Mr. Kukreja has advised and represented clients in a wide array of contentious matters, including commercial disputes, consumer protection cases (particularly against prominent real estate developers), white-collar crimes, and insolvency proceedings. He also possesses substantial expertise in providing pre-litigation advisory services, offering strategic, client-centric solutions.

Notably, Mr. Kukreja has represented a leading company in the fashion and retail sector in multiple commercial disputes and arbitrations. He has successfully litigated numerous consumer cases against major real estate developers, achieving significant outcomes for homebuyers. Additionally, he has extensive experience in white-collar crime and insolvency matters, including representing homebuyers in proceedings against large-scale builders and developers. His pre-litigation advisory work includes assisting a prominent jewellery company with due diligence reports and lease agreements for their retail expansion across major Indian cities.

Mr. Kukreja was recently recognised by Bar and Bench for his involvement in a significant Delhi High Court judgment, which clarified that pre-institution mediation under Section 12A of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015, is mandatory, even for counterclaims in commercial disputes. Link
