Mr. Anand Verma

Anand Verma is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India holds a Law Degree along with Master’s Degree in Commerce. Mr. Verma is esteemed member of FICCI IP Forum. He has completed his graduation in Commerce from prestigious Banaras Hindu University and has more than 12 years of experience. Presently Mr. Verma runs his own firm “TEAM LEGAL” with head office in Noida. Mr. Verma is also Founder of Legal Edtech Startup Let’s Learn Law which is recognized by DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. Mr. Verma is a regular speaker in various law colleges including National Law Universities.

Mr. Verma specializes in Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law, Real Estate Matters and is instrumental in advising on Companies Act, 2013, Intellectual Property Law, FEMA, Insolvency Law, Merger & Amalgamation, Cross Border Transactions, Private Equity, National Company Law Tribunal matters, Reserve Bank of India Compliances, NBFC & Real Estate Regulation Act. Mr. Verma also advises on Trademark, Copyright and Patent and is a certified Trademark Agent.

Mr. Anand Verma Startup Let’s Learn Law is knowledge Partner for the FICCI Certificate Course on Trademark Prosecution and is also instrumental in managing the IPR courses at FICCI IPR division. Mr. Anand Verma was conferred as “KEY NOTE SPEAKER” by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in NIRC UP State Conference. Mr. Verma also worked as Company Secretary in the office of Official Liquidator attached with Delhi High Court.

During his tenure as a Company Secretary in the Liquidators office Mr. Verma assisted at least ten committees appointed by Hon’ble High Court of Delhi comprising of retired Hon’ble High Court Judge, District & Session Judge, Additional District Judge, Joint Registrars (Delhi High Court), Senior most Central Government officials, Official Liquidator & Senior Lawyers (Delhi High Court).
