Mr. Anshul Pratap Singh is a seasoned professional with over 11 years of experience in the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practices. He has represented a wide range of clients, including individuals and government bodies, before various courts, tribunals, and dispute-resolution forums.
Mr. Singh’s expertise lies in criminal law. He has represented the accused under POCSO Act in more than 200 cases with an accuracy rate of 95%, along with anticipatory bails in favour. Mr. Singh is an experienced criminal defence lawyers and represents clients in robbery, dacoity, attempt to murder, and abedment of suicide cases.
Mr. Singh specialises in Industrial and Labour Laws, handling matters at High Courts, the Debt Recovery Tribunals, the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Courts, and other related authorities. His expertise extends to industrial dispute cases, payment of gratuity, conciliation, and consumer dispute matters at the State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission and District Consumer Forums.
Additionally, he has successfully managed numerous civil suits and criminal cases, and is an integral member of the team at Vidhiśāstras-Advocates & Solicitors. Mr. Singh has been a litigation enthusiast since his very first day of LL.B., and assisted Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, especially in bail matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
