Mr. Bhavesh Bairwa

Mr. Bhavesh Bairwa is a highly experienced Legal Assistant at Vidhiśāstras – Advocates & Solicitors, with over a decade of dedicated service in supporting complex litigation across a broad spectrum of legal forums. Renowned for his precision, reliability, and in-depth understanding of legal procedures, he plays an indispensable role in ensuring the seamless execution of the firm’s litigation processes.

Mr. Bairwa’s core responsibilities encompass the drafting of legal documents, preparation and management of case files, coordination of court filings, and serving as a vital liaison between clients and advocates. Mr. Bairwa possesses hands-on experience with proceedings before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, District Courts, and specialised tribunals including the NCLT, NCLAT, CAT, NGT, and RERA.

Mr. Bairwa commenced his career with O.P. Wadhwa & Co., followed by PSP Legal, gaining strong foundational and diverse legal exposure. At Vidhiśāstras, he is deeply involved in litigation support, trial preparation, legal research, and administrative co-ordination, ensuring timely and effective case management.

Among his notable accomplishments, he successfully managed the filing of 157 consumer complaints within two days following the 2020 NCDRC procedural changes, and filed 12 to 16 applications under Section 7, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 in a single day before the IBC amendment. He has also facilitated major real estate litigation, including class action suits under the Consumer Protection Act. In Anurag Gupta & Ors v. Unitech Hi-tech Projects Pvt. Ltd., the NCDRC ruled in favor of buyers within 8 months.
