Mr. Lakshay Bairwa serves as a Legal Assistant at Vidhiśāstras – Advocates & Solicitors, where he provides essential clerical and administrative support across a broad range of legal matters. With over two years of practical experience, he has developed a solid foundation in court procedures, legal documentation, and case file management.

Driven by a strong interest in the legal field, Mr. Bairwa began gaining hands-on experience at Vidhiśāstras even before formally pursuing a legal education. Currently pursuing a B.A. (Program) from the School of Open Learning, University of Delhi, he effectively balances academics with hands-on litigation experience. He has gained valuable insights into court procedures and matters relating to criminal, civil, and family law. After graduation, he aims to join a reputed law college to further his legal career.

At Vidhiśāstras, his responsibilities include the preparation and filing of legal documents such as summonses, subpoenas, and judgments, the maintenance of accurate court records, and the organisation of case files. He also assists in scheduling court hearings, managing legal calendars, and ensuring timely, compliant processing of all court-related paperwork.
