Mr. Shivank Gupta is our firm’s Immigration Advisor. He currently resides in Calgary, Canada and supports our Canadian operations. He is an Electrical Engineer by profession, graduated in Canada, but soon enough started growing his interest in the field of Immigration, notably during his own process of Permanent Residency in 2017.

Shivank Gupta, is a very meticulous, diligent, forward-thinking and a result-oriented individual. Whilst his immigration process, Shivank identified areas where he could provide guidance to others, inside and outside Canada, going through the same process that includes but not limited to: Post-Graduation Work Permits, Open Bridge Work Permit, Express Entry (EE), Provincial Nomination Program (PNP), Immigration Appeal, Visitor/Business Visa, Citizenship programs.

Mr. Gupta has worked with a number of clients and ensured their successful immigration. His responsibilities towards clients include, furnishing clients with relevant information and resources and supervising the completion of requisite paperwork. On the other hand, his responsibilities towards the firm include, keeping up-to-date with alterations to immigrations laws and meeting one-on-one with extant clients to understand their needs.

In addition to these services, Shivank has been involved in our firm’s Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) segment. This stream offers services in different languages and is increasing its geographical reach. LPO helps organizations to create cost savings and reduce operating costs. Major factors such as market expense, rapid economical changes, geographic expansions and brand recognition are some of the trends driving the LPO industry.
