Ms. Pragati Dhawan is a distinguished law professional at Vidhiśāstras-Advocates & Solicitors with extensive experience in legal research, writing, and litigation. 

Ms. Dhawan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences from Ramjas College, University of Delhi, a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, a Diploma in International Law and Diplomacy from the Indian Society of International Law, and an Advanced Diploma in the German language. Ms. Dhawan’s career includes impactful roles with esteemed organisations like Lex Indis, Hon’ble Delhi High Court, and Chadha & Chadha. 

At Vidhiśāstras-Advocates & Solicitors, she handles corporate and white collar crime cases. She has a proven track record of managing high-stakes cases, drafting legal documents, and providing innovative solutions in areas such as recovery, intellectual property rights, arbitration, civil and corporate law. 

Ms. Dhawan excels in document examination and litigation management, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities, rendering the best relief to clients, and a readiness to embrace new challenges. She has appeared before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, High Court Punjab & Haryana, various District Courts, and Tribunals viz. NCDRC, NCLT, DRT, representing clients.

She headed a team of seventy-five students for the International Conference on “Artificial Intelligence and International Law“. She is a believer in lifelong learning and an environmental law enthusiast. She is a part of Let’s Do It! World, through Let’s Do It India Foundation, an accredited member of the United Nations Environment Programme especially for its World Cleanup Day. Being a fellow at People, Policy, Parliament Fellowship, she contributed to strengthening Parliament’s functioning and accountability.
