Ms. Srivastava is a dedicated and experienced advocate with over 4 years of practice in the legal field. She holds a B.Com LLB (Hons.) degree from Amity University, Noida, which has equipped her with a strong foundation in both commerce and law. With a deep understanding of legal principles and a commitment to serving her clients, she specialises in providing sound legal advice, handling litigation, and ensuring effective legal representation. Ms. Srivastava has a proven track record in handling complex, high-profile cases independently and has gained extensive experience in briefing and assisting Senior Advocates and Additional Solicitors General (ASGs) on matters of national importance. Among her notable cases are the personal insolvency proceedings of the founders of one of India’s largest steel manufacturing companies, Constitutional matters before the Supreme Court of India and Builder-Investor disputes across Delhi-NCR. Ms. Srivastava is well-versed in criminal and matrimonial trials and has worked on several arbitration proceedings for Multi National Corporations and provided consultancy and legal opinions to institutional clients. 

Ms. Srivastava regularly appears and practices for Corporations, Financial Institutions, Public Sector Banks and Individual clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, as well as High Courts of different States such as Delhi, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Mumbai, Punjab & Haryana, and others. Ms. Srivastava also represents clients in District Courts and Tribunals across India, consistently maintaining an excellent track record. Well-versed in legal drafting, she is known for her sharp legal acumen and meticulous attention to detail.
