Ms. Kamya Ritu Verma graduated from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi and pursued LL. B from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi.  

Ms. Verma worked as Principal associate at BBPM Law Associates at Nizamuddin East at New Delhi and dealt with corporate section and commercial litigation. Ms. Verma then joined Vidhiśāstras-Advocates & Solicitors and is presently a Partner with the Law Firm.  

Ms. Kamya Ritu Verma has been dynamically taking care of the Corporate and Commercial segment of the Firm with prime focus on Mergers and Acquisition, Regulatory Compliances, Due diligence for Corporate Clients with expertise in Corporate and Commercial law, Immigration law, Alternate Dispute resolution, Investment and Finance, Energy and Infrastructure, and Intellectual Property law.
